Return Eligibility

To maintain the highest standards of quality, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The LifeCell Skin product must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition.

All original packaging, inserts, and accompanying materials must be included with the return.

The item must show no evidence of testing, opening, or usage.

Return & Refund Procedure

We aim to make our return process as straightforward as possible:

Inspection: Once received, our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection of the returned items within 3–7 business days.

Refunds: After the inspection is verified, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs for return packages are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Policy Enforcement: Returns that do not meet our safety and quality standards will unfortunately be declined.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your LifeCell Skin order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately:

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item to assist us in resolving the issue.

Following verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Any skincare products where the safety seal has been broken or the product has been used.

Sample sizes, promotional trial kits, or discounted clearance items.

Bundled gift packages or items that have been customized.

Products returned without their original packaging or labels.

Order Cancellation

We process orders rapidly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, requests for cancellation must be made before the order enters our dispatch phase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure upon delivery.
